This Privacy Policy explains how KILM LLC ("KILM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit kilm.co (the "Site"), purchase our products, or interact with our marketing, including our email and text-message (SMS) programs and our ads on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
By using the Site or providing us your information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We currently sell and ship within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. This policy is written primarily for U.S. residents.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number.
- Order details and purchase history.
- Payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers).
- Communications you send us (support emails, messages, survey or review responses).

5. Advertising and Analytics Partners
We advertise on third-party platforms and use their tools to measure performance and reach relevant audiences. This typically involves sharing limited information (such as a hashed email, device identifiers, or on-site activity) with these platforms, which may use it to match you to your account and serve interest-based ("cross-context behavioral") advertising.

- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — via the Meta Pixel and/or Conversions API.

Manage your settings: https://adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout - TikTok — via the TikTok Pixel and/or Events API.
Manage your ad settings inside the TikTok app under Settings → Ads.
Industry opt-out tools: You can opt out of many interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org). On mobile, you can use your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting.
Under California and similar U.S. state laws, this kind of ad-related data sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. See Section 9 — Your Privacy Rights for how to opt out.
6. Email Marketing
If you opt in, we send marketing emails about products, offers, and content. We use an email marketing provider (Klaviyo) to send and measure these messages, including whether you open an email or click a link.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by emailing us at contact@kilm.co. You will still receive non-marketing transactional emails (such as order and shipping confirmations).
7. SMS / Text Message Marketing
If you opt in to our SMS program, we send recurring marketing and/or transactional text messages (such as offers, cart reminders, and order updates) using an SMS provider (Postscript).
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following terms:
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to join the SMS program to buy from us.
- Message frequency varies. Up to 6 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers may change, and we are not responsible for carrier limitations.
Mobile information sharing: No mobile information (your phone number or SMS consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with vendors that help us run the SMS program (for example, our SMS platform), and only as needed to deliver the service.

8. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following ways:
- Service providers / processors who work on our behalf, such as Shopify (hosting), our payment processor, shipping and fulfillment carriers, customer-support tools, and our email and SMS platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 5. This may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KILM, our customers, or others, or to detect and prevent fraud.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and other U.S. states with similar laws), you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To opt out of targeted advertising / "sharing," you can: (a) email us at contact@kilm.co, (b) use the opt-out tools listed in Section 5, and (c) where available, enable a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) in your browser, which we will treat as a valid opt-out request.
If you are in a region with broader rights (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR), additional rights may apply; contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.
10. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@kilm.co and we will delete it.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to them. Please review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
